El proyecto sobre un terreno con una gran pendiente se realizó con la idea de evitar costosos muros de contención y voluminosos rellenos, dio como resultado la forma de pirámide invertida que se apoyó como puente en dos grandes muros que salen de los costados del terreno quedando así la topografía casi inalterada. La construcción se apoya en un 3% de la superficie; si se suma el área verde del terreno natural que quedó sin construir a la extensión del jardín de la azotea resulta un área verde de 900 m2 en un terreno de 600 m2.
The project, on a steeply sloping site, was designed to avoid costly retaining walls and bulky landfill, resulting in the shape of an inverted pyramid, supported as a bridge by two large walls that emerge from the sides of the site leaving the topography almost unaltered.
