En un terreno muy arbolado en su zona central y con restricciones severas en cuanto al uso de formas orgánicas y techos verdes, se desarrolló el proyecto que respetó el 100% de dichos árboles y con techumbres que con el tiempo se cubran de vegetación trepadora.
